We just closed on our new home in Marco Island and wanted to provide feedback on our agent Karen Walsh.

We actually started working with Karen almost four years ago when we were thinking about moving from Vero Beach to West Palm/Jupiter.

Karen was very professional from the beginning-no pushy sales tactics. She listened to what we wanted which was coastal modern and understood our price point. She kept us up to date with listings which met our criteria. The more time she spent with us, the more she honed into our exact preferences.

Although our previous home had not sold, she never pressured us to “buy now or lose it” situations. When a buyer actually surfaced for our previous home she gave us very helpful selling tips even though she was not the representing agent.

Once we sold our previous house and the buyers wanted it ASAP- Karen went into full investigative mode showing us everything currently available in West Palm within our parameters.

We then thru her a curveball asking for suggestions in Naples and Marco Island. Rather than refer us to a new agent, Karen was all over it in terms of availability in this market. Because if Covid- the market was super hot and things were selling very fast.

We had a very productive tour of Marco Island and made an offer on a spec home which was exactly our style. There were multiple offers and Karen calmly guided us through the high pressure situation. It seemed like she was more interested in us getting a good deal for our money versus whatever it takes to make a sale. We really respected her for that professional approach. In terms of closing items, again she was all over every outstanding issue to insure we were covered.

Luckily we did get our dream home and to date absolutely love it.

We would highly recommend Karen to other customers. We have bought and sold many homes and she ranks up there at the very top in terms of professionalism, market knowledge, business approach and keeping stressful situations under control- a true class act.
